Show Choir Maine Trip

To go across the border Mrs. Ross needs from each Show Choir student by Feb 8 - 1.  Photocopy of student's birth certificate  2. Letter from each parent or guardian giving permission for their child to attend this school trip.

Chaperones should have their forms in no later than the 8th also as they still have to go through the school office.
